Unter der Dachorganisation des Internationalen Hopfenbaubüros (IHB) erfüllt die Wissenschaftliche Kommission (WK) den Auftrag, Hopfenexperten aus aller Welt zum Informations- und Gedankenaustausch zusammenzubringen.

Certification of hops and hop products

Internationale Sortenliste - Hopfen-Zertifizierung

In Absprache mit der EU-Kommission, dem Bundesverbraucherschutzministerium (BMELV) und dem Bayerischen Staatsministerium für Landwirtschaft und Forsten veröffentlichen wir nachfolgend die von der wissenschaftlichen Kommission des Internationalen Hopfenbaubüros erarbeitete Sortenliste, die als Hilfsinstrument für das amtliche Zertifizierungsverfahren gedacht ist. Durch Beschluss des Internationalen Hopfenbaubüros vom April 2007 wurde diese Sortenliste erstmals in Kraft gesetzt. Sie soll jährlich aktualisiert werden.
Zur Aktualisierung der Liste schicken Sie Bitte Ihre Kommentare und Korrekturen an die Sekretärin der Wiss. Kommission (Elisabeth.Seigner@LfL.bayern.de).

International list of hop varieties - hop certification

After prior consultation with the EU commission, the Federal Ministry of Consumer Protection (BMELV) and the Bavarian State Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry here we publish the list of international hop varieties which has been compiled by the Scientific Commission of the International Hop Growers´ Convention. This list should support the official certification process. Based on the resolution of the International Hop Growers´ Convention passed in April 2007 this list of hop varieties has been put into force. Each year this list is to be updated.
For updating this list, please send your corrections or comments to the secretary of the Scientific Commission (Elisabeth.Seigner@LfL.bayern.de).
